Assistant Coach Turner's Wife Has Baby Girl

Vermont Assistant Coach Hajj Turner and his wife, Vivian, welcomed their first child into the world Sunday morning. Cairo Hunter Turner was born at Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, Vt., at 8:07 a.m. She weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz. and was 20 inches long.

Turner is the longest-tenured member of Coach Mike Lonergan's staff. He came to UVM when Lonergan left Maryland for his first Division I head coaching job prior to the 2005-06 season.

Congratulations to the Turner family on their new addition.
